About

The PIM Group was established by Dave Mowrey in 1991 with the mission to provide top-quality training services and products for small to mid-size businesses and their employees. Over 15 years later we are still in the business of providing the knowledge and strategies that encourage change to improve the competitive position of your business.

Our consulting services and seminars use only experienced professional staff who use tested and proven techniques that get results for your business. The average experience of our consultants is 20 years, we send only top seasoned professionals who get the job done right.

The demands of day to day operations can be very stressful. We understand this and recommend solutions that will improve operations with minimum disruptions. Our recommendations are not canned solutions but a blend of past successful solutions, and professional expertise of over 20 years, that we then customize to meet your organization’s unique needs.

Expertise can’t be fully realized without hands-on experience. That’s why everyone at The PIM Group has successfully done the jobs in all the areas we offer services in. We have all been exposed to many environments and situations that allow each of us to creatively apply our blend of education, knowledge and consulting experience to each and every business we work with. Our blend of education, work and consulting experience is an asset to you and your business, something few firms can provide.
