PACIFIC SCIENTIFIC, Yorba Linda, CA – Operations Manager

20 MM facility produce aircraft and nuclear power plant components. Aggressively installed JIT/TQM principles.  Changed from push-to-pull system on purchased and manufactured items.  Installed supplier certification, ship-to-stock programs.

EZ-LIFT CORPORATION, Sun Valley, CA – General Manager

Responsible for the operations of three manufacturing plants located in California, Texas and Indiana.  Successfully transformed the company from manual to computerized systems in all departments. Improved product lead-times from weeks to hours.

Costa Mesa, CA – General Manager

Overall responsible for 12 MM production facility.  Effectively introduced a new product line, which represented 20% of overall sales. Increased productivity through process improvement methods.
